The report includes the creation of "Career Training Modifications (Higher Brain Dysfunction Version)" and "Reflection and improvement Consideration Sheets," as well as the use of individual consultations and peer discussions for reflection. There, this report summarizes the key points for forming agreements based on the organization and sharing of information between the person on leave and the employer during workplace reintegration support. It also introduces support tools such as the "Information Sharing Sheet (2024 Edition)" and the "Reintegration Process Organization Sheet (2024 Edition)" to facilitate smooth support and coordination after agreements are formed. To this end, the key points in consultations with individuals with developmental disorders are summarized as"Structuring the Consultation,""Organzing Support Tools Usable in Consultations,"and "Reviewing the Supporter's Consultation Skills."
