As support for “emotional control”, which is one of the support issues for persons with higher brain dysfunction, we have implemented group work with the aim of providing knowledge to help such persons work while maintaining their emotional balance, deepening their personal awareness of the disorder, and enabling them to acquire methods of coping, and we have compiled these contents together with support examples, etc.
At the end of the report, there is attached a CD-R compiling the materials used in group work.

Support Manual No. 19 (issued March 2019)(japanese) "Coordination with business owners in supporting return to work"

for persons who have taken leave from work due to mental health problems such as mood disorder, etc.

In order to target a smooth return to work for job applicants suffering from depression, etc., we have compiled usage methods and application examples for support tools relating to coordination with business owners, such as the “Information sharing sheet” for business owners, job applicants and supporters to share the information necessary returning to work, such as internal systems relating to leave of absence from work and reinstatement, and evaluation criteria for the advisability of returning to work, etc., and the “Target checklist” for reflection in support contents the targets worked on for a return to work, etc.

Support Manual No. 18(issued March 2019)(japanese) "Assessment of persons with developmental disabilities"

Together with partial reform and new production of assessment sheets used in collecting basic information at the outset of employment support for persons with developmental disabilities, in individual consultations, and in all kinds of support settings, etc., keeping in mind that these are used in actual support scenes on an everyday basis, we have compiled relevant targets, contents, implementation methods, points to note, and support examples, etc. At the end of the manual, there is attached a CD-R compiling these assessment sheets.
