In FY2023, we organized and streamlined the contents of group-work to build understanding of disability characteristics, acquisition of coping strategies, and Memory Note Training enhancing self-management skills, which are conducted at the Vocational Center for persons with Brain Injury. And we developed according to the needs of audiovisual materials, so that support persons can be implemented in individual support. Furthermore, specialized support techniques using these audiovisual materials have been compiled into this support manual.
The separate volume is prepared as a guide that describes how to use the audiovisual materials. (Issued in March 2024)

In FY2023, we created improved several tools for job coaches and other supporters who help people adjust to the workplace, based on the support techniques developed at the Vocational Center, such as improvement of lifestyle and stress management. Accordingly, we developed consultation techniques to promote adjustment to the workplace. The tools have been developed and compiled into a support manual.
Additionally, as a separate volume, we created a "Comprehensive Set of Tools for Consultation to Promote Workplace Adaptation," which includes various materials that are user-friendly for companies to implement initiatives supporting workplace retention and in the realm of employment support that contributes to it.(Issued in March 2024)
Development of Support Techniques for Workplace Adaptation in Telework Support Manual No.25 (issued in March 2024)

In response to the expansion of infectious diseases in Japan from 2020 to 2023, we have conducted the development of techniques focused on the theme of what is called Telework, which has garnered attention as one of the diverse ways of working. We have created “Telework Program” aimed at improving of the understanding, particularly in the fundamental skills required for telework, such as subjective-expression, self-management of work and health, through training sessions and exercises.
“Telework Program” can be utilized not only by individuals aiming for employment or return-to-work in telework but also by those who need knowledge on email and web conferencing systems.
